If you follow me on Insta you’ll know by now that I seem to have a never-ending, ever-growing wish list!! I have to state the obvious: all of items on this list are beauty-related. Shock horror. I hope you enjoy it anyway!
Hourglass 'Ambient Lighting Edit Volume 4'
Basically, this palette encompasses four of my favourite things – so it ticks a lot of boxes!!
It is absolute packaging GOALS for a start – a beautiful pastel pink, sturdy palette with a nice big mirror inside the lid. LOVE!
If you have read my blog post listing the varying categories of cruelty-free brands, you’ll know that Hourglass is a 100% cruelty free brand, yaaaayyy!! A total bonus as that means I can buy as much of their make-up as I like with a completely clear conscience 🙂
And it’s a palette consisting of highlighting and blush powders!! Could there be a product better
suited to me?!
Pixi Beauty ‘Rose Glow Mist’
Because, duhhh!! Roseglow, Pixi... Literally made for me!!
Pixi Beauty 'Rose Tonic'
It’s just the most beautiful skincare! It’s rose scented (one of my faves) as it’s infused with rose and elderflower, has totally insta-worthy packaging and is completely cruelty-free!
The claims are that it removes impurities and leaves skin looking radiant. I mean
I mean, I saw the word ‘rose,’ the word ‘radiant,’ and the fact that it is a Pixi product and that was enough to take a place right at the top of my wishlist!
Glow Recipe 'Watermelon Glow Ultra-Fine Mist'
This caught my eye the second I saw it. In fact, the whole range totally sucked me in!!
So this can be used as a sort of 2-in-1. It can be used either before make-up, to prep and prime skin, or after make-up as a setting spray. I don’t typically use a spray as my primer so I would use this to set my make-up, especially as Glow Recipe say that this will ‘enhance your natural dewy glow’ - that just speaks to me!!!
It is made of 84% watermelon and contains hyaluronic acid. Watermelon is also one of my favourite scents/flavours, I love it!! Hyaluronic Acid attracts up to 1000% of its own weight in water, so it is like a superfood for our face!
I think I'm going to take a hit on the HUGE shipping fees and order direct from Glow Recipe because it works out much more economical doing it that way than paying the insane mark-up I have noticed to get it from a UK website....
Kylie Cosmetics Highlighter in 'Dreamin’ of Diamonds' and 'Princess Please'
Both of these are so flippin’ pretty!! I am such a sucker for beautiful packaging (as you have probably worked out), so I absolutely LOVE these highlighters in their stunning baby pink compacts, and with the signature Kylie ‘drizzle’ emboss on the product.
Plus, let’s be honest, they’re highlighters....
Charlotte Tilbury 'Pillow Talk' Lipstick and Lip Liner
I know I'm probably so late to the party with this too – but sometimes I just do this. I ‘umm’ and ‘ahh’ for so long and things just sit on my wishlist for ages, going nowhere, and these are classic victims of that!!
Charlotte Tilbury is one of my top 3 favourite brands, so I'm not sure if they can do any wrong. But this combo really does seem like the most perfectly flattering nude shades and ideal for an everyday ‘your lips but better’ look, especially for work.
ColourPop 'Super Shock' Shadows
I haven’t actually tried any of these before (probably why they’re still sat on my wishlist LOL) but I have seen so many good reviews on them, and they have such a beautiful shade range!! Plus, for the price, can you go wrong??
KKW Fragrance – ‘Wifey’
KKW Fragrance is a brand I have never tried – in fact I haven’t tried KKW Beauty before either – don't judge me!!
SO many people have been raving about her perfumes so it makes me want to try them out. I am a bit of a perfume hoarder too so anything new draws me in!!
I hope this gives you a little bit of wishlist-inspo! Sometimes we just need to treat ourselves!
